How Tuition Works at A Learning Bee Academy
Most of our families qualify for Tier 2 tuition support, which significantly reduces weekly tuition costs. The rates listed below reflect the Tier 2-supported tuition amount for eligible families.

Weekly Tuition (Tier 2 – With Approved Tuition Support)
Infant Care
- Ages 0 m – 1 yr
Toddler Care
- Ages 1 yr – 2 yrs
Preschool
- Ages 3 yrs – 5 yrs
Before and After
- All Ages
Break Care Only
- All Ages
Enrollment Agreement
All Children must be picked up by the agreed time. There will be a fee of $1.00 per minute for the first hour past the agreed time. The Indiana Department of Child Services will be notified (2) hours after the agreed time. The clock in the reception area will be the official time. All tuition and fees are due in advance and must be paid in full every Monday. Late fees will be added if tuition is not paid by 6:00 pm on Wednesday of that week. The late fee is $5.00 per day starting on Wednesday. A child cannot start a new week if tuition fees are not up to date. No Exceptions.
