What safety/security measures do you have?

The safety of our students and staff is our top priority. Our building remains locked 24/7 , and families enter through key fob–secured doors . We also have onsite security personnel , and all classrooms and hallways are equipped with security cameras for added monitoring and peace of mind.

How do you prepare children for kindergarten?

We prepare children for kindergarten by introducing reading, science, and STEM learning early—beginning in infancy and continuing through preschool. Our focus on hands-on mastery, strong relationships, and joy in learning leads to strong outcomes: 100% of our students attend kindergarten 80% of students pass the IREAD assessment by second grade 75% of students test as high-ability by third grade These results reinforce our belief that high-quality preschool experiences are essential to long-term academic success.

How do you individualize learning for each child?

Children are met where they are developmentally and academically. Teachers embrace children’s natural curiosity by responding to their questions and interests, allowing learning to follow the child rather than a rigid script. Learning is built around themes and questions generated by the children themselves.

How do you support social-emotional development?

Social-emotional learning is described as the “secret sauce” of the program. Children are encouraged to understand their abilities, advocate for themselves—even at a young age—and build positive relationships with adults. Joy, encouragement, and confidence-building are intentionally embedded in daily interactions.

How do you incorporate play and project-based learning?

Learning is hands-on and play-based, built around curriculum themes that encourage children to explore real-world topics such as dinosaurs, the solar system, trucks, cars, and planets. Children engage with questions, projects, and activities that allow them to actively investigate and process what they are learning.
