What is your refund or withdrawal policy?

A one-week notice is required to withdraw. Tuition is non-refundable, as it directly supports our staff and the delivery of high-quality care. Billing will stop after the one-week notice period ends.

Do you accept childcare assistance (CCDF/On My Way Pre-K/other)?

Yes, we accept CCDF vouchers and On My Way Pre-K. Families who do not qualify for either program are still encouraged to apply for available scholarships.

What is included in tuition?

All meals, school supplies, and field trips are included in tuition. Families provide diapers, wipes, and formula as needed for their child.
